The items you receive are okay quality and definitely not worth the amount that you pay for a box. Their last email response "After reviewing your case, we will issue you a 3 month store credit and I want to be clear this is the final resolution we can offer" They haven't answered my questions and my request for a partial credit card refund. The credit card they have on file expired January 2022, but they continue to charge it every month as a "virtual credit card" as they do not have the updated credit card information. I have not received a monthly email from this company in 2 years. They have charged my credit card over $960 for boxes I did not authorize! I brought it to their attention in an email that during my 6 month subscription, I received their email each month letting me know the bump box was being assembled, if I wanted to make any changes and when it shipped. They have "no record" of me cancelling after the 6 month subscription.

I've contacted the company and they won't return my calls, only emails stating their automatic renewal policies and will give me a store credit. Imagine my confusion when he asked me if our daughter enjoys receiving the bump boxes and how long I plan on sending them since our grandson is 2? I immediately logged onto the bump boxes website and my account was still active so I cancelled it again! I have 3 married daughters and grandchildren and order plenty of things online, so I'm very cognizant of cancelling subscriptions when they are complete. When my husband views our online banking, he's under the assumption monthly withdraws are active and current subscriptions that I have purchased and an authorized withdraw. I just realized they're still charging me $40 every month and sending the box to my daughter who moved over 2 years ago! If I wanted to continue her subscription, I definitely would have updated her address. I ordered a 6 month subscription back in September of 2021 and called to cancel when the 6 month subscription was complete. I wish I had read these reviews before sending bump boxes to my daughter.
